Today I bring you another swatch from the Zoya Lovely Spring 2013 Collection, Neely!
Neely is a beautiful pastel/mint green creme, and it has a very nice creme formula. Like Blu, it does tend to pool a little at the cuticles the first coat so you have to watch out for that. But it's opaque in 2 coats, and has a pretty decent drying time as well. Overall, I really like this.
All these pastels are making me hurt for Spring!! It needs to come, now. That freakin' groundhog was talkin' bull. LOL.
As usual, I sealed with a coat of Seche Vite.
